The daily cutoff is 17:00, Korea time.
D−4 means four calendar days before your round. After 17:00 on D−4, the D−3 charge applies, regardless of tee time.

Within one hour of payment
A full refund applies if you cancel within one hour of payment, except bookings made the day before or on the day of the round.
Weather and course closure
Official course closure or a declaration that play is impossible qualifies for a full refund. A forecast or personal decision not to play does not. Closure refunds return to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
A member of your group cancels
Charges apply to the person cancelling. Others may keep their booking and invite a replacement. If minimum-player rules cause the whole booking to be cancelled, the first cancelling player may be liable for the full course penalty.
A replacement player does not reverse an incurred ONEON fee. Policies may change; review the linked official policy and the terms shown in the app before payment.
